This included organizing sponsorship gifts, planning the rundown of the evening with games, speeches and when food was to be served. All of this had to be matched with the budget to finally have a successful evening. • Helping out at EmTech Asia 2015 to make sure that conferences run smoothly and visitors can find their way around. • Exhibiting/promoting the sub-show of THAIFEX, World of Coffee & Tea at Café Asia 2016 which involved finding potential exhibitors and providing them with convincing information.
