It was a real pleasure to work with Jessica as part of the big Centre for Therapeutic Target Validation project. This was the first time that GSK, Sanger Institute, and EMBL EBI staff had the opportunity to work in a three-way partnership, but we quickly formed a strong, productive working relationship. From my perspective as lead UX designer, Jessica essentially led the product management of the CTTV platform. In tandem with Ian Dunham, she ensured the smooth progress of the project. Jessica constantly brought professionalism, focus, and incisiveness to all the areas of work that we shared. Our styles of working and areas of expertise are quite different but complementary, and I felt that this was a big advantage. It was great to have Jessica's perspective and feedback, and there are many things that we couldn't have got done without her. Jessica is the kind of clever, strategically-minded, and warm individual that one needs in a team, and I hope we get to collaborate again in the future.
