Jessica is a very hard working and conscientious employee . She Usually performs brilliantly and several times performed above expectation. She joined MCH knowing very little about the functions of the Business Systems team and within months as a temp proved to be very successful I persuaded her Manager to bring her on board full-time . It was a joy to see her blossom as a person ,academically since she was pursuing a degree and growing in her skill as an IT personnel to the extent that within 4 years she was promoted twice . I will have no problem hiring her to work for me. I recommend her highly.
