With the Internal Team at Hudson I handled the search for candidates to fill roles within the company in several different Industries. I was able to expand the scope of my work by being flexible and helping in any areas that I was needed, even assisting with some Bilingual roles in Canada which was a great learning experience. I assisted in the full cycle processing of offers for one of our sister companies as well as handling my assigned requisitions. I got to know all of our Project Managers and their needs so that I could assist employees on their paths of upward growth. It was a great dream of mine to be a part of the first Americas Academy roll out, and though I had to be flexible and make the transition to another department due to a shift in business needs, I was thrilled to be able to see the beginnings of that project come to life and to be a part of interviewing the first round of potential candidates for that project. When I first began my time with Hudson RPO I was working with Simon Kucher and Partners on a 3 month contract to hire Data Scientists in their Canadian office. This was a great learning experience as I had the opportunity to learn about a whole new industry, and we also had the opportunity to assist in making recommendations to make their process more efficient. The next client that I worked for was McDonalds Restaurants, on this contract I was doing full cycle recruiting for Designers, Architects and Branding Specialists. I then quoted them a price and if they were interested, I worked to get them scheduled with one of our technicians for an at home installation. I handled many issues and had to find solutions to many customer frustrations. I handled escalation calls regularly and had to be patient and calm while delivering customer service.
