Jul 2017 - Present
As ESP's Project Support Specialist, Mrs. Swafford is responsible for implementing each of ESP’s products on behalf of all clients. Her duties and expertise spans across a multitude of projects. She is heavily involved in writing the documentation for ESP’s Ed-Fi Services. Additionally, she plays an intricate part of training clients to utilize the Ed-Fi Dashboards as well as testing and validation for the product. Mrs. Swafford designs diagrams for ESP's ISInsight™, an ecosystem visualization template that is used for SEA’s and LEA’s to view an in-depth analysis of their data collections, repositories, and reporting tools. Her role as the DataSpecs® team lead continues as she is a vital part of building out SEA’s and LEA’s enterprise data dictionaries and integrating statewide course coding structures based on national standards. Her extensive experience in manually mapping clients to the Common Education Data Standards (CEDS) as she has built so much knowledge in this area has led to her managing and architecting the development of an automapping tool called MAP2. She also documents statewide collections for ESP’s State Report Manager (SRM)™ product. Mrs. Swafford is actively engaged in the enhancements and improvements for all of ESP’s products. ESP Solutions Group provides extaordinary insight™ into P20W (pre-kindergarten through workforce) data systems and psychometrics.
