  Set up and coordinated LIU’s first fundraiser Polo Match & Lawn Party. Planned and organized the first annual LIU Classic Polo Match – completed detailed planning of event logistics including vendor displays, venue set up, catering, as well as running of the actual Polo Match.Developed a marketing plan to acquire sponsorships, advertisements and donations; executed a tele-marketing program; contributed to attainment of $100,000 in sponsorships; secured numerous placements in Long Island publications; and achieved over $750,000 in donations. Managed event including complete scheduling of venue set-up, catering, vendor displays, signage design and installation. Led a team of LIU Equestrian members to staff all venue positions, including execution of responsibilities pertaining to registration, provision of information to attendees, set-up and end-of-event functions. Led VIP and Vendor relations to ensure vendor requirements were met or exceeded, including all show photographs and announcements, under supervision of Director. Coordinated planning and implementation of children’s entertainment activities that were acknowledged as a highlight of the event.
