In this role I managed the end to end project to release an artists’ body of work. I managed the set up and delivery of digital music to platforms such as Apple and Spotify for our domestic artists for a range of UMA labels. I worked to very strict deadlines and according to the artists’ overall release plan - managing pre-order campaigns, timed releases, copyright issues, split rights deals and ensuring the artist’s content is released according to the marketing plan. I also oversee the operations for SoundCloud for the UMA office. On top of this I coordinate the full production of the artist’s physical product including CD & Vinyl. This role has me working directly with designers, artist management, A&R and artists on designs to create a final product to the artists’ vision. Vinyl production also requires a general understanding of audio quality and the ability to communicate audio issues between mastering engineers and international audio QC departments, as well as a high level of organisation.This role requires a high level of coordination and communication in order to bring all aspects of the project together into one final piece to present to the public.
