  As the Assistant Director of the Orange County Lingual Institute, I work alongside not only the director but also 40+ teachers that represent 30+ nations. The director and I tend to a multitude of tasks including, but not limited to, enrolling students, creating class schedules, payroll, interviewing teachers and administrative assistants, coordinating private lessons, communicating with large companies regarding group business classes, etc. I also assist my director with planning language workshops, ordering textbooks, and brainstorming ideas for upcoming cultural events. In addition to focusing on these duties, we also set up beverages and snacks as well as the classrooms for the students and teachers.
