  A leader in developing Deloitte’s Trustworthy and Ethical Technology program, with a specific focus on embedding ethical technology decision making across Deloitte’s people, processes, and technology, and setting controls for the organization to activate this behavior. We thought about the potential risks from emerging technology use, and how organizations can mitigate that risk to create technology that serves a broader, more inclusive user base and creates a positive impact on society. Prior to that role, I was a manager on the CIO Program, focused on delivering trusted, immersive experiences and relevant insights to technology leaders at the moments that matter most. We empowered CIOs and technology leaders to deliver business value, manage complex challenges, and unlock growth opportunities aligned to their organization’s strategic priorities – including innovation, emerging technologies, talent and upskilling, digital transformation, and DE&I – enabling them to better navigate their ever-evolving roles and stay ahead of what's next. In that role, I launched the Executive Women in Tech program to engage, support, develop, and connect C-suite women tech executives, and helped establish the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Tech leaders thought leadership series.
