Jess has handled our account for two years now. During those two years, she's been our point of contact for the HVAC preventative maintenance program and emergent repairs. Last year we did a fairly major HVAC upgrade by upgrading equipment, adding new equipment, and moving equipment to make it more efficient. She and her team were able to save us costs by managing to bundle all of this work. Jess is our main contact for coordinating all of this work and has done a wonderful job in communicating well with our people, and speaking on our behalf to her people.
