She has been amazing to work with in so many areas and I would not have got as far in my career if it wasn't for her training, support, innovation and deliverance. Jess is a key person that drives our team and enriches communities whilst being the main point of contact alongside pushing revenue, developing business and working on growth strategies. She's Made Work Wonderful for me and many of our team, and has time for any question, challenge or idea. Plus I love that you can always find her smiling or laughing in the space with a lovely cup of Yorkshire tea in her hand.
