Jess is one of the most dedicated, hard working and ethical people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is responsive, proactive and innovative when anything is asked of her. Jess is an absolutely whizz with Microsoft office products and she will learn others software packages with ease and speed. Jess has a solid understanding of HR principles and a mannerism that endears her to other colleagues enabling her to form strong trusting working relationship. Jess and i worked very closely together on a number of HR / organizational development projects when at ZESPRI and I replied heavily on her to ensure formatting, accuracy and prospective on numerous significant written documents. Jess was also fundamental in managing the recruitment process for me, she was detail driven and self managing.
