Women in prison are often incarcerated due to poverty-related causes such as drug-trafficking and are unable to provide for themselves and their children behind bars. My main areas of responsibility and acheivements included - Strategy execution: initial research, co- developed the business plan, designed and developed the first prototypes in Peru, built a strong team, developed social media platforms, initiated investor relations - Field Management: Successfully built and maintained partnerships with the National Prison System of Peru (INPE), the local prison management in Cusco and a local production manager in Cusco - Responsible for financials, budgets and accounting - Winner of Creative Business Cup Denmark 2016 Show less
