  Led a team of architects, engineers and expert consultants to produce an RFA design proposal for two 60,000sf biopharmaceutical facilities in Southern and Central Illinois. The proposal was awarded one of only twenty state licenses issued as part of Illinois State’s Medical Marijuana Pilot Program. Responsible for programming, design, site selection and procurement, zoning approvals, budget and scheduling. Produced timing, costing and scoping documentation. Oversaw bidding and contract awards.
