  My role as English Curriculum Leader incorporates a number of responsibilities. These include delivering staff meetings, analyzing school data, supporting teachers, and TAs with planning and lesson delivery and organizing annual events such as Book Week. I also support and communicate with the parent community through leading workshops and sharing information across various social media platforms. Throughout the academic year I conduct book-looks and lesson observations in order to celebrate good practice and identify areas for development.
