  My responsibilities included inventory reconciliations, data entry, revenue management, inputting and requesting additional inventory. Tracking usage and behavior to forecast future needs was a constantly changing and challenging experience, I dealt directly with other properties and management companies to ensure all inbound guest information is correct, as well as all inventory exchanges were accurate. As a lead I oversaw scheduling, time off requests, monitor quarterly goals, and overlook most day to day tasks. Prior to becoming the lead for Inventory Management, I started in the call center for reservations. My work ethic, ability to deescalate challenges, and resolve many issues allowed me to quickly promote to a Lead where I oversaw up to 16 agents on a daily basis. My continued hard work and dedication allowed me to transfer to the inventory department where we focused on combining our inventory and revenue knowledge to form the Yield Management team.
