Jessica was a shining star who I enjoyed working with during my time at Getaways. Jessica would be an outstanding hire for any a role where attention to detail, objectivity, and professional communication is required.

I currently work in the Inventory Operations department for Diamond Resorts. This position involves a very fine attention to detail, task oriented, and analytical approach to inventory. Our goal is to protect the liabilities and ensure every owner at Diamond Resorts has the inventory they are owed. Many of the tasks I had at Getaways Resorts are shared in my current position. My responsibilities included inventory reconciliations, data entry, revenue management, inputting and requesting additional inventory. Tracking usage and behavior to forecast future needs was a constantly changing and challenging experience, I dealt directly with other properties and management companies to ensure all inbound guest information is correct, as well as all inventory exchanges were accurate. As a lead I oversaw scheduling, time off requests, monitor quarterly goals, and overlook most day to day tasks. Prior to becoming the lead for Inventory Management, I started in the call center for reservations. My work ethic, ability to deescalate challenges, and resolve many issues allowed me to quickly promote to a Lead where I oversaw up to 16 agents on a daily basis. My continued hard work and dedication allowed me to transfer to the inventory department where we focused on combining our inventory and revenue knowledge to form the Yield Management team. Part of my daily routine included inputting all inbound guests and night audit. Show less
