Aug 2018 - Present
I started my own fitness business on leaving the RAF in 2018. Having moved to Munich, Germany with my husbands new job, I set up the business for the expat community in the area. Moving to Cyprus in Dec 2020, I operated my business from RAF Akrotiri, offering fitness classes for military personnel and their families. My business aims have always remained the same, even if our location has changed. I love to share my passion for fitness through enjoyable group classes that give people a great workout, whilst keeping a big smile on their faces. I also ran 1-2-1 personal training for a number of a clients, helping them achieve their goals, through fitness & nutrition.
