I operate accounting software to record, store and analyze financial information. I also have experience with processing the Apartment Association leasing and contracted credit report application processes. I coordinate and process rental payments and post rents to the computer financial files. I also make sure we comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations. I record monies collected and prepare bank deposit slips on an on-going basis. I process debit, credit and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases using specialized accounting software. I ensure that all proper and legal documents are received, current accurately verified and entered into the computer from new vendors, prior to payment being processed. I prepare statements of accounting notices for past to receive all telephone calls and in-person visits. I also provide an opportunity to receive feedback by listening to all resident requests, concerns, and comments. For example, I make sure my communication process quickly responses to maintenance Service Request and inform the maintenance team.
