When I joined Jessica as a marketing associate, it didn't take long to see how incredibly smart, talented, and strategic she is. She made our office better by her presence alone, bringing a funny, outgoing personality, and was never shy to share her ideas. Her passion for making a difference combined with her grounded approach gave her a powerful voice, leading to her promotion to a management role in our office, managing the largest team the New England office has had to date. I was fortunate to work directly with her on a number of projects, leading up to the biggest mountain of a project either of us had ever worked on: a large scale fundraising event with little resources, budget, or preparation time. Jess put her heart and soul into the planning and implementation of it, often running on fumes to make deadlines. She kept her head about her the entire time, never losing sight of the goal or coasting in small victories. When the event grew bigger than either of us had ever anticipated, Jessica was the one who stayed focused on the big picture, while consistently knocking out every project and task to ensure the success of the event.
