  The Director of DEI at NCS is part of a team. Reporting to the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Ethical Leadership, the Director partners with divisional DEIB Deans, coordinates a volunteer diversity committee, and supports affinity group sponsors. Together, this team develops curriculum, teaches classes, provides professional development, coordinates programming, and reviews school practices and policies in areas of identity, diversity, equity, and belonging. The Director works with students, teachers, administrators, the Governing Board, parents and guardians, alumnae, and with NCS’s neighbor organizations on the Cathedral Close. Show less
