Reporting to the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Ethical Leadership, the Director partners with divisional DEIB Deans, coordinates a volunteer diversity committee, and supports affinity group sponsors. Together, this team develops curriculum, teaches classes, provides professional development, coordinates programming, and reviews school practices and policies in areas of identity, diversity, equity, and belonging.
