Super excited to be working for such an amazing and progressive company - working for one of their clients - a global automotive company. The main objective was to strengthen the brand internally while guiding design with external agencies.I presented work to various stakeholders and worked across all sectors of the company - from marketing to engineering - to help build and champion the brand. The role was dynamic, requiring many skills within design. Finished art came in handy producing everything from POS to decals, creative thinking when designing documents and in house branding, organisation when handling jobs with multiple departments, and overall positive working attitude when working with partner agencies.Notable Achievement: A major pain point within the company was the workflow issue related when working amongst different departments. Reviewing and approving work proved to be a difficult task for the many people involved. As part of my one of my projects, I took it upon myself to work cohesively with departments, introducing an online workflow program and nurturing various stakeholders involved to participate and be heard. This proved to be a positive move not only for the relationships between departments but also improved the quality of work and the time it was achieved in.• Developed and managed visual identity while working within client brand guidelines.• Designed company internal collateral (print and digital). Eg. EDMs / documents and forms.• Designed and developed various company branding projects such as brand book & office branding.• Liaised with internal stakeholders and external agencies to oversee and manage design outcomes.• Worked closely with marketing team to explore creative growth strategies.• Developed and presented design concepts to various stakeholders (internal & external).• Managed projects end-to-end delivering work at a high quality and within deadlines.• Set up and implemented file management / workflow operations.

The role also involved liaison with industry suppliers and product managers which further improved my communication skills. After my immediate boss left, I become responsible for my own workload as well as the organisation of the private label sector. While living in New York, I worked at health food company “Beyond Better Foods” in Manhattan. Being a start up, I was the sole graphic designer - working on the company’s web presence and marketing materials. I also had the opportunity to design their new product Enlightened Broad Beans from concept design to launch. Working closely with the CEO, we developed a package which reflected the brands identity with a sophisticated and striking design take.- Designed packaging from concept through to launch of company’s new product Enlightened Broad Beans. - Responsible for design and filing of company’s digital media and marketing collateral including POS, EDMs and print materials. - Redesigned company’s website.Working at BBF was a great way for me to come out of my shell as a designer. I was responsible for the flow of design to marketing to management. I enjoyed taking responsibility for myself and being part of a terrific team.
