Assists customers with the shipment of parcels on a daily basis Forwards mail and parcels to applicable students on a weekly basis Developed a new process to ease the tedious task of forwarding mail over the summer Provides input to Associate Director of Auxiliary Services on merchandise, designs, and processes for the College Store Aids with textbook fulfillment at the beginning of each term by picking correct textbooks, validating the correct items were pulled for orders, fulfilling orders, and/or creating proper tracking information for orders. Aids with the textbook returns process at the end of each term by answering inquiries regarding returns and assisting customers with returning textbooks. Opens and closes or assists with opening and closing the College Store and Mail Center 3-5 times a week. Trains student workers on how to perform daily tasks in the College Store and Mail Center, such as how to operate the POS systems, operate the tracking system, receive merchandise, and etcetera.
