Her hard work, diligence, attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges has accelerated the selection and production of new titles, and her happy and willing attitude have made her a joy to work with. She contributed well thought-out and well-researched ideas around book design and layout. Sadly Genius Media isn't in a position to offer Jess a full time job, otherwise I would hire her into an editorial/pre-publication position today. I think she'll be a wonderful asset to any publishing business, or a publishing/content marketing role in any business.
