For the Software Development teams, I oversee a product's lifecycle, which includes, defining features and enhancements (including researching competitive landscape), making improvement suggestions, and collaborating with customers/internal staff to analyze feedback.For the Field Service (Contact Center) teams, I support them by keeping projects on track and serve as a subject matter export to help train them on new features and products.I also collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, integration partners, Documentation, Customer Support, and Implementation Specialists to provide information, demos, and training. Along with providing aide to customers and working directly with Beta customers to collect feedback on our products.
