The RMIT Innovation Fastrack Program is an intensive 12 week course which involves collaboration with an industry partner. The objective at the end of these 12 weeks is to present an innovation to a number of executives from the organisation. The organisation then may implement this innovation. The group of three that I am collaborating with from RMIT are working on developing an e-commerce strategy for a major retailer in Australia.
