My role involved managing budgets, recruiting and training caseworkers, and coordinating services with other program partners. I also implemented quality assurance processes to ensure that clinical and case management charts were up-to-date. Additionally, I conducted outreach activities to promote the availability of the Child Abuse Treatment Program's services. Thanks to my managerial and leadership skills in growing and developing the program, I was promoted to Lead Case Manager within the first month. In this role, I continued to partner with Riverside County Victim Services to create a collaborative program among professionals such as law enforcement, lawyers, courts, and others to meet clients where they were at. I advocated for my clients' needs and provided all training and management of caseworkers. Through my efforts, I was able to develop the program from zero clients to over 100 within the first few months.
