-World History (2012-2013); US History (2013-Present); AP Government (2014-2016); AP US History Teacher (2016-Present)-Implement engaging instruction that adequately covers required TEKS to prepare all students for the STAAR test and ensure their greatest opportunity for success. 100% pass rate on US History EOC for 3 years, including ELL/SPED students. -Develop curriculum for all US History teachers in the district that is aligned to and provides in-depth coverage of the TEKS. -Ensure that all lessons meet the needs of students from various cognitive levels and backgrounds (Advanced Placement, ELL, SPED). -Data driven teaching with student input. To ensure all student’s needs are met, data is collected and analyzed on a lesson-by-lesson and unit-by-unit basis.
