  - Yorkdale Mall: East Expansion (Jan.2015 - Jan.2017) Retail expansion of over 250,000 sq. ft and 5 levels of below grade parking. -Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport (Feb.2012 - Jan.2015) Below-grade 2000 seat international field house for the University of Toronto Varsity Basketball and Volleyball teams. The building features a Strength and Conditioning centre overlooking the Varsity Centre stadium, as well as a sports research and medicine clinic. The steel structure, with long truss spans and high deflection points, make this building design unique and innovative. -Munk School of Global Affairs (Oct.2012 - Jan.2015) This project includes restoration of the existing granite fence, installation of new metal perimeter fence and gates, landscaping, signage, and lighting installation. Additionally, the project includes the installation of exterior and interior tickers, and media wall. - Confidential Data Centre (Sept.2010 - Feb.2012) Upgrade of 24,000 sq.ft of office space into white tile data floor. This project featured extensive upgrades and additions to the existing electrical and mechanical services.
