Scheduling new hire orientations in the Oil & Gas field is sometimes very tricky. We could have our orientations once a week or once a month, and would usually not have very much notice as to if we should plan for 5 or 20 new hires. Jessica was always very accommodating with our crazy schedule. Jessica was invited to share Membership Banking during those orientations. She always came with a smile, and was able to provide a very valuable service to our new employees. I look forward to the opportunity of working with her again in the future.
