  In February, I had the opportunity to do a placement with SFTOC, a music festival based in Salford that focus on presenting new and diverse artists and acts for the local community. Within this placement, my responsibilities included designing the beer mats, assisting with distribution of posters and beer mats as well as conducting research into current and past artists. I learnt how to use Canva confidently, creating various flyers and Instagram posts, as well as using WordPress for any website changes I used, such as writing articles and adding the schedule to the website. I communicated with the entire team and helped out wherever I could, and even helped during the festival by doing Stage Management and some Content Creation. This placement is ongoing and I am now helping on other projects From The Other have planned. Show less
