    • Guest Services
      • Dec 2012 - Aug 2016

Provided excellent customer service for all patrons’ that enter the Adams Center. As assistant to the event coordinator duties include helping set up the venue in the days before the show, this includes signing the venue, setting up the different spaces and making sure everything is ready for the event. Also, my assistant duties are directing event staff and managing the event including the performers’ crew and of course the guests. Working along side the box office to solve any seating issues including ADA patrons’ needs. Serve as a roamer during events, being anywhere the event coordinator cant not be. Responsibilities for guest service often include acting as liaison between event staff and box office, handling guest complaints and issues as they arise, directing patrons around the venue, not only seating but also other areas such as restrooms and concessions.
