      Customer Service Specialist: Operated multiple systems such as Zen Desk, Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, Microsoft Office and Google software to provide support to our massive customer base. I use these systems to troubleshoot, process refunds, place orders, track down consumer information and liaise with our customers. In this role we also redirected elite high value sales to the relevant teams. In April 2021, due to my experience as Customer Service Specialist I was moved to the dedicated USYS Account Management task force to help with the large project taking place in the US. I was responsible for onboarding new clients onto our Coach Series and Athlete Series apps, building professional relationships with coaches and key staff to ensure they understand the product. My experience with troubleshooting and our software enabled me to be the first point of contact for our clients. I was fortunate enough to visit some of our Elite 64 teams in person to provide in-person product demos, cover a brief overview of how they can troubleshoot the technology themselves and most importantly how they can use our data to make informed decisions. The success from the Elite 64 deal and the US trip got me recognised by STATSports in February 2023 and promoted to US Coach Series Sales Support, it is my job to help support both our clients and sales team in all things Coach Series and Athlete Series.
