Upon my return from Japan I came back to work for Canyon Culinary to help with the opening of the new Porcupine Pub and Grill at the University Location. As a Senior Server I work daily with management to ensure that customer service exceeds expectations and brings both old and new Porcupine diners back to the new location. Other job responsibilities include; training new employees on company policy, food safety, and service standards and increasing company revenue through suggestive sales.
