  I was responsible for creating a monthly training watch bill and ensuring information for topics were available to all presenters. The training provided resulted in 51% of the Department being promoted to the next level in rank. By using Microsoft Excel I was able to track and update the qualification status of 120 Departmental personnel ensuring the completion of assigned qualifications ahead of schedule. Another of my responsibilities was to create weekly reports using Microsoft Word and Excel to represent the Department qualification status to the Commanding Officer. While in the position of command watch bill coordinator I provided training and sat 60 qualification boards for watch positions. While using Microsoft Outlook and Excel I was able to track the availability of 200 command personnel resulting in the watch positions were manned by qualified personnel.
