Project Management Intern
-
Jun 2016 - Sep 2016
I was responsible for management of resources (e.g. cars, facilities) for testing of new model. During my internship, I liaised and negotiated with different departments to achieve most efficient use of limited resources and assist all teams to deliver their objectives or minimise the delay on their plan. Transitional Mentor
-
Sep 2015 - Jun 2016
This programme aims to ensure a smooth transition and adaptation into university life for first year engineering students. As a transitional mentor, I was responsible for mentoring a group of nine students. My work includes organising weekly meetings with them to provide academic and non-academic assistance and support. We continued to meet after the programme ended and I used my experience of studying abroad to further support and suggest some possible future plans for them.
