Administer medications to clients in accordance with established policy. Assist with case management by identifying potential problems and reporting any difficulties. Provide input to counsellors or other professionals with regard to the development of appropriate treatment plans to achieve resident’s objectives. Contribute to the evaluation of resident’s progress and prepare reports as required. Provide emotional support and feedback to residents and their families. Perform residence maintenance and housekeeping on as needed basis. Provide documentation as per program policy (CAMS, Logbook, etc.) Identify social, economic, recreational and educational services in the community that will meet client’s needs.
