Jessica Gutin was a student in my Management and Organizational Behavior course at the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University in the Fall of 2019. As her Professor, I became well acquainted with Jessica’s ability to excel academically. Jessica was a hardworking and motivated student. She managed to earn an overall grade that placed her at the top of her class. Throughout the course, Jessica demonstrated her academic potential through various class projects and assignments. I also had the opportunity to evaluate Jessica’s writing and presentation skills in a group project, both of which she performed remarkably well. She appeared to speak clearly and confidently, and she seems to be a team player. I expect her to continue to do well in the future. In addition to her academic achievement, Jessica is a pleasure to work with. My experience with her in class reveals that she is capable of building trust and resolving problems very well among her peers as well as she seems to demonstrate good leadership skills. Jessica is creative, driven, and goes the extra mile to ensure the job gets done efficiently and effectively. Overall, I am confident in Jessica’s ability to excel in her professional endeavors. Should you have any questions about Jessica, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Gabi Eissa, Ph.D. Assistant Professor of Management Fowler College of Business San Diego State University geissa@sdsu.edu
