Additional support to further leadership members in diary management, meeting bookings and associated administration. Typical Personal Assistant duties, such as drafting communications on behalf of the School/Head Master, inbox management, being the first contact point for any external queries to the Leadership team, management of meetings and meeting rooms, event organisation (up to 8 events per year, including the annual Election Dinner, one of the largest events in the school calendar), minuting, supporting staff with queries and some personal PA duties. Management of confidential databases, adhering to confidential safeguarding protocol, GDPR and inspection requirements. Line management of Assistant PA to the Head Master. Increased the efficiency of the Head Master’s office, enabling the assistant PA hours to be reduced by 50%. Management of the school Emergency Response Plan – created the protocol for an evacuation/invacuation eventuality and responsible for ensuring the drill schedule is completed.
