  I had the responsibilities of running the bar & restaurant on my own at times, dealing with customers & general cleaning & tidying of my workplace. I was trained as a fine-dining waitress, receiving many compliments from customers & colleagues alike. Other responsibilities included, Stock-take, Cash-up, Opening Up, Closing Down, & participating in Events held at the retreat. Because of working in a Health club, I am now very knowledgeable on super-foods, exercise & diet.
