I recruited Jessica for this role and managed her for three years. In this time she proved a real asset to us. She researched event options then planned and delivered them with good detail, leadership and teamwork. Jessica had a wider skillset which benefited our marketing and fundraising activity in other ways. These include being a confident networker, being a good ambassador for the charity and building new relationships. It was a pleasure to work with Jessica and if we were to team up again in the future that would only be a good thing.

Jessica is a hardworking and conscientious individual, who is highly skilled in the field of marketing and communications. She is particularly competent in digital communications, specifically creating e-campaigns and editing websites through content management systems. It was a pleasure working with Jessica, and I have no doubt that she would be an asset to any future employer.
