  Leading a mix of syndicated and bespoke quantitative and qualitative research projects. Championing the consumer voice and teaching the investment industry what investors need, want and how this is changing.I am the lead author and responsible for managing the production of Boring Money's schedule of reports on the DIY Investing market. This includes an 80-page Quarterly 'Investor Tracker', monitoring investor sentiment, behaviours and intentions.Other responsibilities:- Leading on Boring Money's Ongoing Data & Analysis Service, providing ad hoc research and insights to subscription clients.- Producing quarterly updates on market news, provider launches.- The go-to for quantitative consumer research, including survey design, scripting and analysis- Producing regular value assessment reports for fund managers- Conducting UX testing with investors on platform websites and identifying best practice- Conducting qualitative interviews with advisers, investors and industry players- Answering press queries on our research
