I launched a new Explore Learning centre situated in Handsworth, Birmingham. With my new assistant manager team I oversaw the initial launch phase; researching the area and finding new marketing opportunities. The new launch allowed us to develop our reputation within a new area and build bonds with the local community. Alongside this, I was also involved in the writing and running of Sales and Centre Growth trainings aimed to develop our Assistant Directors. Explore Learning is owned by Graphite Capital, management, and the Weston family.In my role as Centre Director I took over an existing centre with a new assistant manager team.
