Creating risk assessments, SSOW’S, training, inductions, and site audits • Responsible for all sales and lettings negotiations, hitting budgets, staff and staffing costs, holiday home purchasing & sales, hotel and camping rates, • Overseeing and developing new building projects ensuring the contractors worked appropriately and to the deadlines in line with health and safety guidelines along with the general day to day running of the business. • Along with the general running of the business I was also responsible for the tenants on site, ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual checks where concluded, annual safety checks on boilers and gas appliances was carried out by certified companies, That the tenants where compliant and provided necessary documents for the lease agreements. It was during my time here that I found my enjoyment for health and safety and decided to start furthering my education and gaining qualifications.
