During my time as a Passenger Assistant I would collect passengers from their homes and either take them to school or to the Dereham HUB in the mornings and home again in the evenings. I would sit and communicate with them during the journey, build a rapport with them so, if necessary, was able to reassure and put them at easier they got agitated.
