John Holland, in a joint venture with CPB Contractors (JHCPB JV), will deliver the design and construct aspect of the first stage of the Canberra Light Rail Network.The first stage includes design and construction of a 12 km light rail route from the fast growing area of Gungahlin to the City with 13 stops, depot, road, signalling and preparatory works and the ongoing operation and maintenance of the light rail system, and will be the primary transport corridor connecting Canberra's growing northern suburbs with the City and the south.

I predominantly managed escalated complaints in which the customers had approached the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. This full function process meant that I took ownership of the dispute once it was raised to a Level 1, and managed them until a resolution.
