I was fortunate enough to work with Jessica as a Channel Manager at ADP. To say that we worked together is an understatement. Jess and I were partners in managing some of ADP's most strategic partners and initiatives... We worked together every day, and traveled together every week. Jess was able to provide a unique perspective and insight to both our team and our partners while being tasked with executing on driving growth and value for ADP and our partners. When I consider what makes for a great partner I have two tests; 1. Would I want to be stuck in an airport with this person? 2. Do we make one another better at what we have to do? Jess checked both boxes right from the start. Jess was the first to support me when she agreed, and first to challenge me with a different perspective. We were able to accomplish so much during our time together at ADP, that I can only hope for the opportunity to have her on my team again at some point in my career.
