Completed a career-coaching course the company offered to passionate individuals. Transferred to the specialty department where I worked primarily with beer, coffee and cheese. Ample product varieties create endless learning opportunities.   I became the assistant brewer after volunteering with the head brewer. Responsibilities included brewing, heavy lifting, cleaning, maintenance of equipment, as well as a knowledge and self-awareness to be safe around dangerous equipment and machinery. Assisting in the office gave me full perspective of the how a brewery was run from production to distribution. Educating others through tours. I am certified to serve alcohol in the state of Delaware. I became the assistant brewer after volunteering with the head brewer.
