It's not often that I write gushing recommendations, but Jess is a true superstar. We met whilst working at the same organisation, where she supported the "people and talent" needs in my team. Jess is warm, approachable, intelligent, practical, knowledgable and has a wonderful ability to put people at ease. I would trust her without hesitation, and her network of connections and relationships across the organisation meant that all conversations with Jess were sprinkled with insight I couldn't have gleaned myself. I would love to work with Jess again in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her in a heartbeat.
