A two year programme, the first year exposing me to all areas of Firmdale's high luxury boutique hotels before going through the recruitment process for a supervisory role to begin my second year. This position is also giving me the chance to experience how all of the companies properties can differ but still incorporate fundamental standards of the Firmdale brand. As the first of two supervisory positions under the graduate programme, I was based in The Potting Shed at Dorset Square Hotel as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and as my final supervisory placement, I returned to The Soho as Reception Supervisor.
