  As a Resident Advisor I was a live-in member for the Housing team. I was responsible for creating and maintaining emotionally and physically safe and secure residential communities. I was also called upon to effectively respond to and manage a variety of crisis and emergencies. Investing a building community for students along with working with other Resident Advisors to develop programming for residents and learn leadership and conflict management skills.

I produced print materials, design and photography content for social media, and worked creating the logo for the Leadership Institute at CBU under the School of Education. Along with my Graphic Design duties I also would help with office administration and working the front desk.

  As an Orientation Leader at California Baptist University I co-lead a group for incoming freshman and transfer students. This included time not just during the weekend of orientation but also taught a class of students once a week for a semester on healthy and safety, finances, and other skill sets CBU sought to invest in the new students, along with meeting the students individually to invest in their personal development.
